Ravins’ RMA Policy In the rare situation that a customer may need to return product purchased from Ravin Electronics, a request for an RMA should be as follows:
Download an RMA request form below, complete it, and send to your sales representative within 30 days of receipt of goods. To help expedite your request, please include any photos and/or failure and test reports.
Authorization to return product will only be issued after the information provided has been fully reviewed.
Parts must be returned within timeframe listed on RMA request form. All parts returned will be inspected and/or tested to verify claims made within the RMA request.
If parts are found to be free of defect or malfunction, parts may be returned at customers expense.
